How do we do it? 

The rapidly changing landscape of the food industry, driven by the Covid-19 pandemic, population growth, and changing consumer demands means that new technologies such as automated vertical farming are now needed more than ever.

Constraints for food production are increasing; weather, water or land becoming the limiting factors. This green concept will be able to attract consumers' preferences for responsible production.

Our Concept is a combination of several proven technologies from indoor farming practices (to optimize all parameters; temperature, humidity, illumination and fertilizing), hydroponics, data management and AI.

Hydroponics is an increasingly popular method of growing plants. This means that soil and chemicals are not used at all in the hydroponic system.

How does it all work?

Germination
The seed is planted in a coconut substrate and taken to a germination room, where it will spend two to three days.
Growth
The germinated seeds are moved to a vertical farm where the conditions are adjusted for their most optimal growth. The plants here spend seven to thirty days, depending on the species.
Processing
Plants are always harvested at the right time, all year round so that we always supply you with the freshest ingredients every day. The crops reach you on the day of harvest and are always ready to eat.
